WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* University degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Production Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or similar position.
* Experience in using inventory management software and ERP systems, including WMS and SAP (MRP, S4HANA).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools - especially MS Excel. * Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Fluent English speaker - both written and spoken
* Experience in using Front-end systems (Cegid) - would be an asset

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

* Continuously monitor inventory levels between SAP and front-end systems to ensure data consistency
* Verify stock allocations and transfers are reflected accurately in both systems.
* Perform stock transfers in the system after inventory allocation.
* Ensure all transfers are completed within the required timelines and support timely product sales.
* Identify and investigate any discrepancies between SAP and LSP or front-end system
* Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate inventory records
* Track the progress of inventory transfers and ensure products are delivered on time.
* Proactively address delays or disruptions in the supply chain to minimize impact on sales.
* Prepare regular reports on inventory reconciliation status and identified discrepancies.
* Maintain clear documentation of all inventory adjustments and transfer activities
* Suggest and implement improvements to streamline the inventory reconciliation process
* Work with IT or systems administrators to address technical challenges or systems inefficiencies
