Demand Planner - 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Job Description:

If driving change and creating an impact from Day 1 sounds appetizing, this role may be for you! As a Demand Planner/BEP, your primary objective is to synchronize and optimize both demand forecasting and supply chain planning processes. This involves balancing inventory levels, production schedules, and distribution strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective fulfillment of customer demand while minimizing excess inventory or stockouts.

Your role will be based from our new Warsaw, Poland office on a hybrid work basis.

Period: 12 months

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing

* Drives local demand planning and forecasting, creating mid-long-term forecasts and refining short-term projections for a designated market.

* Takes ownership of demand planning forecasts, regularly reviews with stakeholders, and updates as required.

* Ensures seamless end-to-end product delivery, prioritizing Non-Performing Inventory avoidance in the Planning, Manufacturing, and Sales Process.

* Proactively identifies and resolves overages, coordinating with Customer Service and key account managers.

* Initiates process and KPI enhancements and gathers market data for S&OP volume proposals.

* Collaborates with supply chain and commercial teams for effective delist/new SKU execution.

Your recipe for success

* Experience in Demand Planning within a shared service, process-driven, or service center environment.

* Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

* Mid-level experience in Supply Chain, demonstrating familiarity with best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools

* Proficiency in English is required
