The Position
Metadata & Terminologies Management - Data Platforms Delivery Expert
The Data Platforms Delivery Expert is responsible for the operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of services related to Metadata & Terminologies Management Function. This role requires strong stakeholders relationship management skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to effectively communicate deliverables, risks and needs.
Responsibilities:
* Service Management and Governance: Assume accountability for the management, governance, and continuous improvement of designated IT Services. Prioritize consumer requirements and ensure the requisite processes, resources, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are established to fulfill service commitments.
* Operational Execution: Be accountable for the day-to-day operational execution, supporting the Service Delivery Manager to ensure services meet business requirements and adhere to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Process Compliance and Consulting: Ensure process compliance and provide expert consultancy on Service Management topics across the organization. Guide process practitioners to focus on adoption, adherence, and continuous learning.
* External Sourcing and Vendor Management: Co-create the external sourcing strategy, execute and maintain contractual orders for external resources, and support the organization in optimizing the value delivered by Digital and Technology partners and vendors.
* Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the entire portfolio lifecycle, encompassing goal definition, risk identification, and ensuring the delivery of requisite business value.
* Investment Health: Safeguard the health of investment portfolios through rigorous analysis, proactive risk management communication, and adherence to established best practices.
* People Management: Perform people management duties, including resource assignment, timesheet review and approval, mandatory training compliance tracking, and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Financial Stewardship: Provide financial oversight, managing both financial planning and the reconciliation of planned versus actual expenditure.
* Procurement Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of procurement processes and cultivate robust partnerships with the cVMO and procurement teams.
* Contract Management: Administer contracts with software vendors, consultants, and external partners.
* Release Management: Design and execute strategy and tasks contributing to Release Management.
Required Capabilities and Competencies:
* Proficiency in utilizing Service Management tools, including ServiceNow and Tableau dashboards, EPP, and other relevant applications.
* Ability to refine, negotiate, and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors and contingent workforce suppliers. Lead discussions to position Master Service Agreements with strategic vendors, ensuring alignment with the RDT strategy.
* Demonstrated successful experience in performing the Core ITIL Responsibilities and Principles.
* Accountability and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve intermediate to complex data problems. Validate models and ensure their accuracy with minimal supervision.
* Possession of a Lean mindset.
* Exhibit a holistic organizational view and collaborate across functional boundaries to accelerate the business agility journey.
* Fluency in English.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
