Order Management Specialist (Nordics markets) (all genders)
Job Description
This role combines automation process analysis with strong, hands-on end-to-end Order Management execution. While part of the scope includes supporting and improving automated order flows, the position serves as a solid operational backbone for Order Management.
We are looking for a strong, experienced professional. The role requires a high level of proactivity, independence, and ownership, as well as the ability to go beyond standard responsibilities and actively drive improvements and initiatives within the hub.
You will be a part of our Supply Chain Health Systems products at Nordics markets.
Your role:
* Own end-to-end Order Management for the Nordics region, ensuring timely and accurate order execution
* Proactively monitor orders and customer requests, providing clear status updates
* Manage billing issues, credit notes, returns, and warranty claims
* Act as a trusted operational partner to our Customers
* Support and improve automated order flows (EDI/OCR), including exception handling
* Analyze order data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Production, and Automation teams
The ideal candidate:
* Has strong experience in Order Management and can manage the end-to-end order process in SAP
* Is confident working with stakeholders
* Demonstrates a proactive, independent, and accountable mindset
* Has strong analytical skills and enjoys working with data to identify improvement opportunities
* Possesses advanced Excel skills (additional value)
* Is open to automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled tools
* Communicates clearly and professionally in very good English, including running meetings and presentations
* Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
* Is skilled in relationship building, including working with demanding customers
