Role Purpose
The primary objective of the role is to manage supervised roles / units to provide agreed level of services, defined by targeted KPIs in line with policies and procedures. This role is also responsible for supporting company growth by ensuring proper level of resourcing, proper level of knowledge within teams and by improving client service experience.
What this job involves:
* Employee Lifecycle Management - recruitment, development, salary reviews, promotions, regular feedback, and team coaching.
* Competency Development and Knowledge Management - creating development plans, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team, and monitoring and developing team skillsets.
* Operational and Resource Management - KPI analysis, resource planning, workload management, and ensuring timely service delivery in accordance with policies and regulations.
* Communication and Collaboration - ensuring effective communication between JBS teams and EMEA Corporate Solutions, building trust, and strong focus on client relationship management.
* Risk Management and Initiatives - proactively creating action plans, minimizing escalation risks based on client feedback, and supporting JLL project initiatives.

* Language Skills - English B2/C1 level required; additional European language is a plus.
* Professional Experience - Minimum 4 years in real estate, database, or finance; at least 1.5 years in a managerial role.
* Education - Master's degree or diploma demonstrating competencies in people management or real estate management.
* Core Competencies - People management, strong communication and negotiation skills, planning and organizational abilities.
* Analytical Capabilities - Problem-solving and analytical skills.
