Resource Planning Specialist - Office with Flex (60% office-based) in Warsaw, Poland

As a Resource Planning Specialist at ICON, you will oversee and optimizing the allocation and utilization of resources within our organization, ensuring efficient resource management to support project activities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for site resourcing and workforce planning deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating closely with project managers to assess resource needs and requirements for clinical trials and other projects.
* Developing comprehensive resource allocation plans to optimize personnel utilization and ensure the successful execution of projects.
* Monitoring resource availability and utilization across projects, identifying potential constraints or risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate them.
* Providing guidance and support to project teams on resource management processes and best practices.
* Contributing to the development and enhancement of resource management systems and tools.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant site resourcing and workforce planning experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
* Proven experience in resource planning, workforce management, or project management, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent command of English.
