Your role:
* The Contract Management Specialist is responsible that valid contracts are in place with our indirect partners representing Philips in different Markets.
* You contribute to the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution and ensuring all contractual obligations are entered accurately and timely, supporting efficient contract management processes.
* The Contract Management Specialist is driving the contract renewal process on a yearly basis and implements contract management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
* Collaborating with cross-functional departments - Finance, Legal, Partner Operations and Partner Sales (POMs/PAMs - to ensure contracts are managed effectively and meet the company's strategic goals, fostering cross-functional alignment and cooperation.
* Moreover, you will participate in multidisciplinary projects and activities to support the improvement of processes to simplify and facilitate cooperation, integration and operations.
* You will be part of an international team - Partner Operations and Direct Export - focused on spreading Dutch technology globally. Our approach to healthcare prioritizes the individuals involved, including patients and providers. Philips provides innovative solutions for health professionals to address patient needs and empowers customers & consumers to access affordable healthcare both in hospitals and at home.
* You will be working with several zones like Africa, Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Latam, Asia Pacific, India. The position is located in Lodz, Poland.
You're the right fit if:
* A bachelor's degree in business management, Law, Data Science or Supply Chain.
* 2 years of experience in an operational international sales support environment.
* Comfortable working under pressure and capable of handling tight deadlines.
* Excellent skills in planning, organizing with an eye for detail.
* Possesses excellent communication skills with a fluency in English both in words and writing, which is a must.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills across various levels and cultures within the company.
* Enthusiastic and motivated team-player.
* Eager and quick to learn.
* Able to interpret, translate business/legal contracts.
