Our store in Warsaw opened in November 2019. Located in the same building as the Europejski Hotel, it showcases the Hermès collection in about 200 square meters of sales space.
Your mission
Immerse yourself in the exceptional world of our Maison and become a key ambassador of our collections. Your role is to offer each client a rare and personalized experience, highlighting the richness and diversity of Hermès' craftsmanship across our 16 métiers.
You create a unique moment for every client, guiding them with care and sensitivity as they discover our different universes. You know how to convey the beauty of materials, the quality of finishes, and the story behind each creation.
Your daily responsibilities
* Welcome every client with generosity and create a warm environment, rooted in attentive listening and kindness, conducive to personalized advice.
* Present our collections in all their diversity, highlighting the pieces, materials, and craftsmanship.
* Provide precise and enthusiastic advice, offering harmonious combinations suited to each client's needs and lifestyle across our métiers.
* Drive sales across all categories, integrating a fluid and modern omnichannel approach.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of collections, new releases, and trends while engaging in regular training.
* Collaborate with and support the team to ensure a seamless client experience and collective success.
Keys to your success
* Significant experience in high-end retail, with a strong understanding of the requirements of personalized client service.
* Solid product culture and the ability to navigate with ease between different métiers thanks to a true sensitivity to materials, finishes, and quality.
* Clear and professional communication in Polish and Russian is mandatory, enabling you to support and retain a demanding clientele.
* Active listening and adaptability to accurately address diverse client expectations and adjust the experience accordingly.
* Autonomy, agility, and proficiency with digital tools, supported by natural curiosity promoting continuous skill development.
* Team spirit and open-mindedness, contributing to a smooth collective dynamic across métiers.
* Strong service orientation and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless client experience in line with the Maison's standards
