Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Key Account Specialist who thrives in a vibrant environment, ensuring everything from administrative tasks to client communication runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities

* achieving strategic objectives per e-pharma customer
* building long term partnership with the customer in terms of promotional strategy, ensuring promo execution (including trade budget management)
* co-managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
* developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
* continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories

The experience we're looking for

* first experiences in FMCG / pharma sector within sales/trade marketing department
* university/college master degree within economics, statistics, finance or business management
* results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
* understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
* analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics
* ability to think outside the box
* very good command of English
