The Travel & Expenses Specialist with German drives and enables the execution and delivery of high-quality projects and services for the Travel & Expenses team in EMEA, maintaining oversight of end-to-end processes within their area of responsibility. Through high-quality project delivery, they support the organization in achieving performance targets and Concur roll-out timelines. The role fosters collaboration across EMEA countries as well as globally within R2P, and acts as a business partner and central point of contact for GSC and market associate training.

How you will make a difference:
* Execute end-to-end Travel & Expenses (T&E) processes for assigned EMEA markets, including compliance checks, posting, accruals, and account reconciliations
* Audit expense reimbursement requests to ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and local accounting regulations
* Perform timely month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and compliant financial outputs
* Manage and monitor corporate card applications, including follow-ups on overdue accounts
* Track, update, and own country travel policies and local T&E documentation (Work Instructions, T&E decks)
* Provide high-quality, customer-oriented support to employees and key stakeholders (CFOs, Executive Assistants, frequent travelers) via the ticketing tool, prioritizing critical and high-impact issues
* Train and educate employees and team members on SAP Concur, including webinars, roll-outs, and end-user support
* Support and participate in Concur implementation and rollout projects, ensuring timely data collection and accurate documentation
* Prepare country-specific HR, KPI, and compliance reports, including compliance rate metrics
* Perform daily activities in line with established SLAs and KPIs
* Act as Local Process Owner (LPO), supporting and providing feedback on initiatives and requests from Global and Regional Process Owners (GPOs/RPOs)

Skills for success:
Must have:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Advanced proficiency in English and German.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to have:
* 2+ years of experience in a corporate or shared services environment.
* Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting or HR.
* Previous experience in stakeholder management.
* Experience in end-to-end technology roll-out (Concur preferred).
* Experience in a Travel & Expenses (T&E) environment.
