Main purpose
* Ensure and enhance availability and visibility of PMI Products (SFP and Combustible), leads generation, and perform activations activities in POS, in accordance with company guidelines to sustain and to enhance PMI Brands awareness and quality perception.
* Plan and complete activations at POS according to their segmentation and consumer profile, demonstrating on available tools (lending and Guided trial), to ensure willingness to try and buy
* Manage territory in a multicategory context, assuring availability of PMI Products, multicategory presence through visibility, education/engagement & willingness, demonstrating on digital platforms and remote activities and taking in consideration POS segmentation and consumer profile.
Your day-to-day
* PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Ensure optimal availability and levels of stock of PMI Brands in the assigned territory to optimize product and distribution in accordance with local market characteristics; support new launches according to given supervisor guidelines
* INFORMATION/ SELLING TO LAS AND LAUS: Actively support leads generation by ensuring appropriate consumer experience through trade education/engagement and direct sales during activations at POS
* VISIBILITY AND RETAIL LOOK: Ennhace visibility of PMI Brands in a multicategory approach, by using and positioning POSM in the most effective way. Ensure shelf visibility of PMI Products in line with company guidelines and agreed planograms
* TERRITORY MANAGEMENT: Plan and coordinate tour program to optimize effective POS visits, POS Activations and resources allocation with pre-defined objectives based on the understanding of assigned territory. Establish appropriate relations with current retailers while scouting new POS opportunities
* SALES INFORMATION: Ensure timely and accurate registration and transmission of performed activities in the Company designated IS System. Insert/update any key sale and retailer-related information in compliance with defined procedures.
* CORPORATE FRAMEWORKS: Enhance and maintains any activity and/or relationship with third parties the image of the company as a responsible and preferred business partner. Ensure constant compliance with all PMI applicable policies and procedures.
Who we are looking for
* Mandatory bachelor's degree. (Preferable in Economics, Business Management and Marketing, or other Commercial Related)
* English is a plus
* Preferable at least 2 years of Experience in Deployment or commercial field Roles
* Basic Negotiation Skills
* Digital Literacy
