Technical Consultant X3

Job Description:

At Sage, we're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Services team and support Sage partners and customers across the Sage X3 Finance domain.

In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers resolve business and finance-related queries, providing expert guidance, and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. You'll work closely with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure an outstanding customer experience while continuously developing your expertise in Sage X3 and ERP finance processes.
What you'll be doing:

Provide support and guidance to Sage partners and customers using Sage X3 Finance.
Analyse customer requirements and develop solutions tailored to their business needs.
Quickly identify issues and direct customers to the appropriate teams when required.
Manage and prioritise your workload to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Proactively anticipate customer challenges and work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance products and services.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
Build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Gather and promote customer feedback to help improve our services, products, and processes.
Use internal systems, knowledge bases, and contact centre tools to investigate and resolve issues.
Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to achieve team and organisational objectives.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Services team.

What we're looking for:

Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, ERP systems, or business processes.
Previous experience in customer support, functional consulting, or customer-facing roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
Interest in developing deep expertise in Sage X3 and enterprise finance processes.
Fluency in Portuguese and English. Additional European languages are a plus.
