By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, in a hybrid way of working from Bucharest.

How you will make an impact:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment process for the internal needs posting, preselecting candidates, phone and face-to-face interviews;
* Identifying suitable candidates according to the desired profile;
* Using headhunting and direct search techniques, cold calling, and networking to track down suitable candidates;
* Posting job positions on internal and external job markets and sending confirmations;
* Performing daily screening of incoming applications;
* Evaluating applicants if they meet the position requirements and rejecting candidates if the minimum requirements are not met;
* Collecting feedback from the hiring manager, scheduling meetings with the candidates who remained on the shortlist;
* Giving the final feedback to the candidates.

Skills that make your work successful:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus;
* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;
* Good command of English (C1 level), spoken and written;
* Excellent communication and customer service skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
