What you'll be doing:As an RTR Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely accounting and transaction processing within our Global Business Services team. You'll support the month-end close, manage expense and balance sheet activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll help maintain strong financial controls, resolve queries, and continuously improve processes to support efficient and reliable financial operations.

Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2026

Key responsibilities:
*

* Processing and reviewing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Investigating and resolving employee account balances and queries.
* Supporting month-end close activities, including accruals, adjustments, and reporting under US GAAP/RAP.
* Preparing and reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Managing fixed assets accounting, invoice processing, and payments.
* Monitoring and documenting policy exceptions and ensuring proper controls are in place.
* Performing debt aging analysis and supporting account reconciliations.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and sharing knowledge across teams to improve processes.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in finance, accounting, or RTR processes.
* Good understanding of accounting principles, ideally US GAAP.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Experience with expense processing, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
