The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's new Digital hub for strategic IT projects.

CONTEXT:
Within Global Technology, Global Support Functions Applications (GSFA) aims to be the trusted technology partner for the Finance, HR, and Legal departments. Its mission is to support and accelerate the transformation, modernization, and standardization of their business processes and systems.
Main missions of the GSFA department:
- Deploy the systems selected by business partners, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- Continuously maintain, improve, and enhance existing applications to adapt them to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Adopt and preserve the defined core models, guaranteeing consistency, compliance, and alignment with company standards.

SAXO is the Edenred Group's core application. It is built on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.5*2017 and includes the AP, AR, FA, GL, and bank reconciliation (Elsy) modules (with the PO/CM/WE modules for certain subsidiaries).
- The Group is currently rolling out the Core model across all countries and for all affiliated customer and reimbursement business lines.
- The Group is also deploying SaaS applications (Ivalua, Generix, Sidetrade, etc.).
The Saxo functional team within the department consists of 22 people.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The scope has expanded significantly in recent months, both in terms of the number of entities covered (126 entities / 30 countries) and the finance functions and processes we support.
These deployments are part of a multi-year roadmap to deploy the application across all subsidiaries and for the entire SAXO CORE model, using a Deployment Kit. In this context, the Edenred Group is seeking an International Finance Business Analyst specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite technologies.

Beyond SAXO deployments, projects involving the implementation of the Corporate ERP with satellite tools will also fall within the scope of the role we are seeking to develop (O2C/P2P/... interfacing with Oracle E-Business Suite). As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for deploying the application to countries within Europe.

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle:
- Defining the scope and analyzing requirements during the initial studies,
- Writing specifications, configuration, and data migration,
- Facilitating training sessions,
- Providing support during acceptance testing.

This position will report to the EMEA and Asia Project Deployment Manager and will work closely with the technical teams.

Experience
» Strong experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite (minimum 4 years), with focus on GL, AR, AP, and FA Modules
Nice to have:
» Experience in leading teams and managing others is also a plus.
