Job Description:
Обязанности:
* Deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and optimize RMN mix for brands based on ROIe models.
* Build and maintain national/customer ROIe models; share insights and recommendations.
* Develop and execute Test & Learn agenda, including innovative RMN media testing.
* Plan and execute RMN campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI-positive results.Требования:
* Higher education
* At least 5-year media / insights experience in FMCG company (PEP preferable)
* Outstanding research and modelling expertise as a must
* Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate specific media efficiency & effectiveness as well as effectiveness of total media mix
* Sufficient knowledge in marketing, communication & consumer research
* Strong project management and leadership competencies
* Fluent English
