Job Description:

Обязанности:

* Lead and coordinate key workstreams within the Transformation Office, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver real business value
* Solve complex, cross-functional problems - bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous challenges
* Partner with the teams to design and embed new ways of working, simplifying where we can, scaling what works
* Build and maintain robust programme governance: progress reporting, risk management, and executive-level updates
* Act as a trusted thought partner and connector - bridging strategy and operations across teams and geographiesТребования:

* Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in large organisations
* FMCG, consumer goods, or similarly fast-paced environment a plus
* Strong structured thinking and problem-solving - comfortable with ambiguity
* Excellent communicator: clear, concise, and persuasive at all levels
* Collaborative by nature; able to influence without authority
* Calm under pressure, with a healthy sense of humour when things get complex
