Job Description:

Обязанности:

* BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: responsible for volume, revenue, gross profit and SOM targets of Aqua Minerale
* STRATEGIC PLANNING: Co-leads development of long-term (IBP) and annual (AOP) strategies and growth programs. Leads development of Aqua Minerale & it's sublines investments and long term innovation strategy
* COMMUNICATION/ENGAGEMENT: Leads development communication/engagement programs.
* INNOVATION: Leads development of innovation pipeline to fuel the growth
* CONSUMER and SHOPPER INSIGHTS: Initiates Consumer and SHOPPER Insights projects within above listed scope
* PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Manages and develops RU Brand Managers
* RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Partners with multifunctional team in brand building and innovation projects development.
* EXECUTION: Develops and distributes toolkits and guidelines to ensure consistent execution of programs and leverage cross-regional opportunities.
* PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Owns and manages KPI scorecard and proposes plans to course correct if neededТребования:
