Key Skills & Experience (Fresh Graduate Level)
Education
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Any internship or practical training experience in accounting, finance, or shared services will be an advantage.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting systems is an advantage but not required.
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Other Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
* Flexible to work in different shifts, if required.
