Job description * This position is a manufacturing logistics role within the foundry outsourcing organization. * The main responsibility is to manage end-to-end logistics operations for foundry accounts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. * The role requires understanding foundry data quality and standard operating procedure (SOP) alignment with foundries to ensure accuracy and compliancy. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain processes and reduce lead times. * Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels. * Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement. * To design and maintain standard reporting templates for logistics materials * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers. * Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, including key performance indicators and service level agreements. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. * Address and resolve logistics issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. * Support the enhancement of systems to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Diploma with equivalent experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Preferably 3 - 5years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, customer service or similar operational environment * Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are welcome. * Understanding of transportation and logistics flows, Inventory concepts (stock, movements, shortages, etc.) * Comfortable working with IT systems and data (SAP, tracking tools, spreadsheets). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with large scale data analysis * Good attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy and reliability. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive (JIT) environment and manage multiple tasks.
