About this Position

Social Media is an important and essential part of every brand's marketing strategy and so it is in Henkel. It has become the most influential and important platform, not only used for social networking but is also a great way of digitally advertising our brands and products. Now we are looking for an extra support to the team of social media coordinators.

What you´ll do

* Take ownership of the social media accounts for our Laudry and Home Care brands
* Work daily with advanced social media management tools such as Sprinklr and META Business Manager
* Provide support for YouTube activities
* Manage social media administration and troubleshoot issues across platforms
* Support global and local teams on social media topics, including account creation, access management, and performance reporting
* Oversee user administration and license management
* Contribute to the deployment and further development of a new Martech social media tool
* Train and support colleagues worldwide, including onboarding them to the Sprinklr platform
* Ensure the smooth and effective operation of all social media accounts

* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective interaction with international stakeholders
* Proven experience in social media management (to be discussed during the interview)
* Strong ability to track, interpret, and optimize KPI results
* Familiarity with META Business Manager, and social media tools such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite is a strong advantage and will support a faster onboarding process
* High level of self-organization and reliability, with the ability to manage projects independently

Minimum salary: 1500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
