Design Engineer

* Manage products/systems from design to site delivery, supporting internal and site teams.
* Prepare project documentation (technical descriptions, specifications, drawings) in Kanadevia Inova standard.
* Use 2D & 3D software (Inventor, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and PIRS for project documentation.
* Participate in project meetings and ensure timely input data/specifications.
* Support external manufacturers for optimal cost and time.
* Collaborate with quality inspectors and assist site teams during erection and installation, adhering to HSE requirements

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in steel product manufacturing; boiler fundamentals knowledge is a plus.
* Independently optimize systems and parts with a strong focus on design details.
* Proficient in Inventor and/or other CAD programs (AutoCAD, Catia, SolidWorks).
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
* Integrative thinking and intercultural competence for effective design and communication
