We're seeking a skilled Manager to join our Assurance team focusing on Credit Risk and Expected Credit Loss (ECL). If you have a background in audit or finance and a passion for navigating the intricacies of risk management, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your main agenda will be working within our team focused on Credit Risk and being a partner for our audit department. The most common tasks will consist of evaluating diverse financial data and their profitability for our clients and being a trusted advisor for clients as well as our colleagues.

Other related responsibilities will consist of:
* Manage a team providing audit support for our audit consultants focused on financial institutions
* Lead the development and implementation of credit risk strategies and policies.
* Conduct thorough assessments of credit risk across various portfolios.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management frameworks.
* You will get the chance to cooperate with team providing accounting advices on complex treasury areas and various project within our CEE and Global teams

What we expect from you:
* Proven experience in financial audit, credit risk management, preferably in a financial institution or related industry.
* Experience with IFRS 9 standards.
* Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to credit risk and ECL.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present findings to stakeholders.
* Fluency in English and Slovak language

Salary: starting from 4000eur brutto
Final salary depends on individual experience.
