About the Role

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on handyman to look after a diverse portfolio of client buildings across the region. You'll handle a mix of planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs - think basic plumbing, painting, plastering, carpentry, and the everyday fixes that keep workplaces running smoothly. It's a varied, practical role where no two days look the same, and where you'll be the trusted person clients rely on to get things done right. You'll work independently most of the time, so initiative and a problem-solving mindset matter as much as your trade skills. What You'll Do

* Carry out reactive maintenance and minor repairs across client sites - plumbing, painting, plastering, carpentry, and general fabric work
* Inspect building services, spot issues early, and respond to call-outs as they come in
* Update and close PPM and reactive tasks in our CAFM system, and submit clear reports on any remedial work needed
* Follow Health & Safety procedures (both JLL's and the client's), and complete on-site Method Statements and Risk Assessments where required
* Take part in on-call rotations, escort subcontractors, support porterage, and help with event set-ups when needed
* Collect goods and materials from stores using the company vehicle, and keep your issued tools in safe, working condition
* Walk customers through what you've done after each job, making sure they're happy with the result
* Keep your skills sharp through ongoing training, including H&S courses and trade development

What We're Looking For

* Solid practical knowledge of building fabric and confidence handling basic reactive repairs
* A self-starter who can work unsupervised and take ownership of the job from start to finish
* Good written and spoken communication in English and Slovak
* A team player who's happy to muck in, follow instructions, and support colleagues when needed
* A friendly, presentable approach - you'll be the face of JLL on client sites
* Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with changing priorities and varied tasks
* Reliable, conscientious, and proud of doing a job properly
* Open to learning new skills and growing your trade over time
