Your Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you are the face of our company at the customer's site. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of our high-precision coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and the IQS portfolio. Your mission is to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction through expert installation, maintenance, and complex problem-solving.
Responsibilities
* Installation & Maintenance:
independently perform installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and relocations of high-precision measuring systems
* Precision Testing:
conduct high-accuracy measurements and performance tests using state-of-the-art diagnostic and measurement tools
* Upgrades:
successfully implement modernizations and technical modifications to our existing fleet of devices
* Technical Consulting:
develop and execute effective technical solutions for complex customer requirements
* Customer Training:
provide professional initial instruction to customers on device functionality and operation to ensure a seamless start-up

* Education: solid technical background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Precision Engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. High School level VI but not mandatory)
* Experience: ideally, initial professional experience in technical field service
* Personal Attributes:
* strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues simply to various stakeholders
* demonstrated flexibility, innovation, independence, and a high level of precision in your work
* high willingness to travel, including frequent overnight stays (Slovenia, Croatia and neighboring countries)
* fluent Slovenian and English skills - both written and spoken is required
* valid driving license (category B)
