TWY Engineering Manager (Design)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, we are seeking a TWY Engineering Manager to join our team in Wyaralong
Responsabilities:
* Responsible for managing the design of the water treatment plant and associated transfer pipeline.
* Lead the development and coordination of engineering activities within a collaborative Design & Construction (D&C) environment, driving optimized technical solutions, early risk identification and mitigation, and value engineering initiatives in close coordination with the cliente, project partner, and construction teams.  
Requirements:
* 5-10 years in industrial or civil engineering projects, preferably involving the design of water treatment plants.
* Previous experience in collaborative contracting models is desirble.
* Degree in Civil, Structural, or Industrial Engineering.
* High level of English, C1.
