As a Fashion Woman Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing garments aligned with Desigual's creative vision, brand DNA and business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Buying and Production to ensure collections are innovative, commercially relevant and aligned with seasonal concepts and trends.

Requirements

* Degree in Fashion Design or related field

* Previous experience of minimum 5 years in fashion design

* Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials and garment construction techniques

* Ability to interpret trends and translate them into commercial and brand-aligned designs

* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

* High level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awareness

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

* Proactive attitude and strong teamwork mindset

* Fluent Spanish & English

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity and market needs

* Create mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics and technical sketches for collections

* Research trends, fabrics, materials and new techniques to ensure innovative and competitive product proposals

* Work closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs are aligned with price positioning and business strategy

* Follow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrity

* Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designs

* Prepare technical documentation and support fittings when required

* Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvements

* Ensure collections respect timing, calendar milestones and internal processes
