Position: Specialist Bid & Proposal Vascular - Portuguese (Located in Madrid)

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
* Prepare new offers to Customer and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
* Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.
* Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.
* Keep consignment records according policy.

Minimum requirements:
* Experience: 1 year in tender processes and price quotation in Portugal market
* Portugues C2 or Native - Mandatory
* English is a plus
* Minimum high school
* Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel
* Sap Demand is a plus
* Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus
