What will you do?

Preparar el material necesario para el desarrollo de su trabajo (productos de limpieza, utensilios, maquinaria y equipos), asegurando su correcto uso y mantenimiento.
Realizar la limpieza, orden y acondicionamiento de las áreas públicas del hotel, tales como hall, recepciones, pasillos, escaleras, ascensores, salones, aseos públicos, zonas de descanso y otras áreas comunes, comprobando el buen estado del mobiliario y de las instalaciones.
Reponer los suministros necesarios en las zonas comunes (papeleras, dispensadores, amenities de aseos públicos, entre otros).
Detectar y comunicar a su responsable cualquier incidencia, desperfecto o necesidad de mantenimiento observada durante la limpieza.
Atender al cliente de forma correcta y educada dentro de su ámbito de actuación, canalizando incidencias, quejas o solicitudes según los procedimientos establecidos.
Recoger, limpiar y almacenar adecuadamente los materiales utilizados, enviando a lavandería la ropa sucia cuando proceda y cumplimentando los registros o partes necesarios.

* Experiencia: mínimo 1 años en puesto similar
* Idiomas: deseable inglés.
* Se valorarán conocimientos en: hostelería.
* Orientación al cliente.
