Job Description:

The Global Product Manager is responsible for the Business Assurance Services related to the Automotive sector within the Mobility Segment.
The main responsibilities and purpose of this role are :
* Hold overall responsibility for the successful management of key Automotive Assurance products (including audit, certification, training, and consulting), ensuring they are market-aligned, effectively designed and delivered, and meet the expectations of SGS Affiliates, customers, and scheme owners.
Main products currently in scope: IATF 16949, TISAX, ISO/SAE 21434, and VCS.
* Provide commercial strategy and guidance to Affiliates to support product growth in key countries and regions.
* Identify emerging trends and opportunities for future products or solution offerings, and coordinate overall go-to-market strategy with SGS Affiliates

Qualifications:

PROFILE
* Commercial and operational leader, ideally with a successful track record in the TIC or automotive sector
* Experience in managing global service delivery and driving product growth in a matrixed environment
* Background in business assurance, certification, or related services
* University degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or quality management)
* Fluent in English
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong business and strategic mindset with demonstrated success in product growth and market development.
* Excellent project and operational management capabilities, with the ability to optimize complex service delivery processes.
* Solid understanding of business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
* Effective communicator and presenter, able to articulate commercial and operational plans clearly across functions.
* Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Strong collaboration and influencing skills across diverse (international) teams.
* Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
* Change management experience.
* People Management experience
* Familiarity with certification/accreditation schemes (IATF, TISAX, ISO) is a plus but not essential -strong internal support exists
