Job Description:
Overview
The selected candidate will become a member of the Performance & Productivity Team
Through the implementation of initiatives related to Control, Capability development, Continuous improvement and Subject Matter Expertise (SME), the candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, with primary focus on Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) and Non Carbonated Beverages (NCB) manufacturing, to Do Right every hour, every shift today and continuously improve to Do Better tomorrow, achieving world class quality and performance in line with the Lean and Lean Six Sigma principles and E2E team purpose & vision.
Responsibilities
Plants' performance monitoring & analysis, with primary focus on CSD and NCB manufacturing. Identify opportunities, investigate and recommend the proper solutions to close gaps, ensure accurate information flow
- Support the relevant steps of QCDM/DDS (for sites with Spark) deployment in accordance to plan for the MU's and OU
- Ensure the deployment and consistency across Sites of Control Initiatives: IPS, Standard Work, Physical Standards
- Build Specialist & SET capability and succession pipeline for the technical community for each site.
Provide SME guidance to the Site Specialists and SETs
- Drive continuous improvement through the selection & implementation of the proper programs as a result of data driven analysis.
- Lead the deployment of best practices, with primary focus on those relevant to CSD and NCB production. Identify performance optimisation opportunities through developing the proper benchmarking
- Provide SME support to selected Capital projects by being part of the Vertical Start Up project management process
- Support the delivery of technical trainings
- Support AOP development and PSP through insights for relevant KPIs
- Be the ''go-to'' expert across MU's and OU for guidance / insights / SME regarding CSD and NCB manufacturing.
Qualifications
Functional Competence
1. CSD and NCB manufacturing experience
2. Lean performance excellence principles
3. Green belt: LSS DMAIC methodology / A3 thinking
4. Certified IPS auditor
5. SET development program
6. Deep understanding of KPI's (eg yields & efficiencies) meaning, calculations and factors affecting them
7. Quality systems
People & Leadership
1. Self-motivated: taking the initiative to look for optimisation opportunities based on data driven analysis, forming and leading the proper workgroups, when needed, bringing critical stakeholders together
2. Communication skills : feeling comfortable in driving periodic connects and ad hoc discussions with diverse cross-country based teams, collaborating & influencing, developing proper networking
3. Inspiring trust, delivers what has been agreed without the need for continuous follow up, ensures flow of information, acting with integrity
4. Innovating : actively seeks and takes advantage of ideas, best practices and solutions developed elsewhere

Desired Qualifications & Experiences
1. Certified/Recognised as SET/Specialist in CSD and NCB Manufacturing with significant experience of front line operations.
2. LSS green belt certification
3. Experience in leading CI events (Pit Stop, DT5 live) would be desirable
4. Trained in coaching & facilitation skills would be desirable
5. Experienced in SET development
6. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
