We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic gestor comercial to join our Oficina de Sevilla Team of F2F

The responsibility of this team is mejorar la experiencia de los clientes cuando acceden a una de nuestras oficinas, ofrecer al cliente una experiencia acogedora, que refleje positivamente la imagen ING y ayudarle a trasladar su experiencia en la oficina al mundo digital.

Your key responsibilities:

As a gestor commercial you will:

Positively contribute to mejorar la experiencia de cliente
Co-create un ambiente óptimo de trabajo en equipo
Ensure la realización de operativa básica: transferencias, consulta PIN tarjeta, devolución recibos, impresión de movimientos y certificados…etc.

* Estudios en Economía, administración de empresas, estadística o titulaciones similares tanto de último curso como de recién graduados.
* Conocimiento en datos, sentido común y atención al detalle.
* Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
* Buena capacidad de aprendizaje.
* Alto conocimiento de Microsoft Office: power point y Excel.
