Content Creator & Broadcast Producer

Hello!
At Factorial we're looking for a new Content Creator & Broadcast Producer for the Communications and PR team, to help us create inspiring stories that captivate top talent and lead company-wide meetings to success from a production perspective.

What you'll do
* Content Creation:
* Create end-to-end content that supports our employer brand strategy, from concept and storytelling to filming and editing.
* Bring Factorial's EVP and culture to life through authentic stories about our teams, events, and everyday life.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop campaigns and narratives that attract top talent for specific roles and regions.
* Ensure a consistent and engaging visual and narrative identity across all touchpoints (careers page, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal events, and more).
* Track content performance and help us learn what resonates with our audiences.

* Broadcast Producer:
* Own the end-to-end technical production of our weekly company-wide livestreams, including mic and camera setup and real-time broadcast direction.
* Be the person who shows up early, runs the soundcheck, and is on camera control - every single week.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality live production, troubleshooting technical issues on the spot when they arise.
* Produce and direct the visual experience for company events, bringing the same creative eye you apply to content.

What are we looking for 👀
* A portfolio showing storytelling through video, photography, or social campaigns, preferably about people, culture, or brand.
* The ability to translate brand strategy into content. Not just how to make it look good, but why it matters.
* Hands-on experience with livestreaming production: audio/video hardware (mics, cameras, capture cards), OBS, Zoom and similar tools and platforms
* Comfort producing content both professionally (Premiere, After Effects) and on the go (CapCut, mobile-first).
* A creative eye and a genuine passion for storytelling, especially around employer branding, internal comms, and digital engagement.
* The ability to own projects end-to-end while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you might be editing a reel in the morning and directing a live broadcast by noon.
* Comfortable working in English (intermediate level)
