* You are proactive, independent and solution-oriented.

* You have a solid knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
* You have experience providing hardware and software support for computers, smartphones, tablets and PDAs.

* You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is considered a plus.

DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you do every day
* IT Support: Provide hardware and software support for PDAs, iPads, Android and iOS devices, and Windows 11 computers.
* Ticket Management: Monitor and manage IT tickets for both stores and headquarters.
* Store Support: Deliver second-line support to stores and ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
* Head Office Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT-related requests from headquarters employees.
* Project Follow-up: Support IT implementations and ensure proper follow-up of technical projects.
* External Partner Coordination: Coordinate and monitor external support engineers and service providers.
* IT Continuity: Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all IT-related processes across the organization.
