What will you do?

Liderar, desarrollar e implementar las iniciativas de sostenibilidad vinculadas al ámbito de Recursos Humanos en Barceló, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, la alineación con la estrategia corporativa de sostenibilidad y la integración de criterios ESG en la gestión de personas.

What are we looking for?

Principales responsabilidades
* Gestión de sostenibilidad en RRHH
Diseñar e implantar políticas y planes de sostenibilidad en el ámbito de personas (ESG social).
Integrar criterios de sostenibilidad en los procesos de RRHH: selección, desarrollo, compensación y cultura.
Definir e implementar indicadores de sostenibilidad vinculados al área de talento.
* Plan de Igualdad y Diversidad
Liderar la elaboración, actualización e implementación del Plan de Igualdad.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de igualdad y no discriminación.
Impulsar iniciativas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión (DEI).
Coordinar auditorías retributivas y análisis de brecha salarial.
* Movilidad sostenible
Diseñar e impulsar planes de movilidad sostenible para empleados.
Fomentar prácticas responsables en desplazamientos laborales.
Coordinar iniciativas vinculadas a reducción de huella de carbono en el ámbito de personas.
* Cumplimiento legal y asesoramiento
Aportar criterio técnico-legal en materia laboral y de sostenibilidad social.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativa vigente en igualdad, sostenibilidad y reporte ESG.
Colaborar con áreas legales y de cumplimiento en la interpretación y aplicación normativa.
* Coordinación con Sostenibilidad Corporativa
Actuar como enlace entre RRHH y el área de Sostenibilidad Corporativa.
Alinear iniciativas de personas con la estrategia global ESG de la compañía.
Participar en reportes de sostenibilidad (memorias, informes ESG, etc.) aportando datos del área de RRHH.
* Reporting e indicadores
Elaborar informes y métricas de sostenibilidad social.
Contribuir a auditorías internas y externas en materia ESG.
Definir KPIs y garantizar su seguimiento.

Requisitos

Formación: Grado en Derecho, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o similar.
Valorable formación de posgrado en sostenibilidad, ESG o igualdad.
Conocimiento sólido del marco normativo laboral y de sostenibilidad.

Experiencia: Experiencia previa en RRHH con foco en sostenibilidad, igualdad o cumplimiento.
Experiencia en diseño e implementación de planes de igualdad y políticas ESG.
Valorable experiencia en entorno corporativo o multinacional.

- Alto conocimiento legal aplicado a RRHH.
