As a Project Planning & Logistics Specialist - VM & Architecture, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and delivery of Visual Merchandising and Architecture projects worldwide. Working closely with Project Managers, Supply Chain teams, suppliers and logistics partners, you will coordinate project timelines, shipment readiness and international logistics operations to ensure materials arrive on time and projects are delivered successfully.
What is important for the role: Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or Project Coordination within an international environment. Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. Strong planning and organizational skills, with a structured approach to managing priorities. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and external partners. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight timelines. Understanding of international logistics processes, shipping documentation and customs requirements. Experience working with project management, ERP or logistics tracking tools (ASANA, Salesforce or similar is a plus). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Professional proficiency in English
