What will you do?

El objetivo de esta posición es dar soporte al Departamento Corporativo de Recursos Humanos en la gestión, optimización y gobierno de los procesos relacionados con el dato de Personas, asegurando su calidad, coherencia y disponibilidad para la toma de decisiones. El rol combina ejecución operativa con responsabilidad en la mejora continua de procesos y en la estandarización de la información.
La persona seleccionada realizará las siguientes funciones:
* Gestión y mejora de procesos de datos de RRHH, participando activamente en la definición, documentación y optimización de flujos de información entre sistemas y equipos.
* Supervisión de la calidad del dato, identificando inconsistencias, proponiendo soluciones estructurales y liderando pequeñas iniciativas de limpieza y reconciliación de información entre distintas fuentes.
* Impulso de la automatización de procesos, detectando oportunidades de mejora y participando en la implementación de soluciones que reduzcan la carga manual y aumenten la eficiencia operativa.
* Análisis y reporting recurrente, elaborando informes y dashboards corporativos con mayor autonomía, asegurando consistencia y fiabilidad en los datos reportados.
* Coordinación con equipos de RRHH y Data, actuando como punto de referencia en temas de datos dentro de procesos definidos, facilitando la correcta explotación de la información para la toma de decisiones.
* Estandarización y documentación, contribuyendo a la creación de buenas prácticas, guías y procedimientos que aseguren la escalabilidad y sostenibilidad de los procesos analíticos.

What are we looking for?

* Experiencia en analítica de datos (idealmente en RRHH / People Analytics)
* Power BI (avanzado)
* Excel/VBA avanzado
* Conocimiento en herramientas BI open source
* Valorable experiencia en Workday u otros HRIS
* Nivel alto de inglés
