Revenue Management Trainee

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Promotional Effectiveness & PEA Analysis Support the analysis of promotional performance, ROI, and trade investment effectiveness. Leverage and validate data from the post-event analytics (PEA) tool to ensure accuracy and consistency of insights. Monitor key promotional KPIs and help identify opportunities to improve promotional efficiency and profitability. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing promotional results and recommendations. Revenue Management Support Assist with pricing, pack-price architecture, and portfolio performance analyses. Support the tracking of category, brand, and channel performance metrics and leverage the different existing tools to ensure alignment with the global internal view. Help maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and databases used by the Revenue Management team. Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives through analysis, recommendations and performance tracking

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field. Native or fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken). Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work with large datasets, extracting actionable insights and translating them into clear business recommendations. Familiarity with Nielsen, Circana (IRI), Kantar, or similar market research and analytics platforms is considered an asset. Strong analytical mindset combined with curiosity, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
