Main activities are based on the Procurement and quality of direct Materials. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Establish Procurement activities of one or more products /services / suppliers, guarantee the contractual framework of the suppliers with the company and provide the best purchasing conditions for the Company.
* Contribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements (Internal - External). Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...).
* Manage the day-to-day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks.
* Contribute to the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.
* Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope.
* Implement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract conditions.
* Coordinate the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management.
* Day-to-day manage the supplier to provide all services /deliverables.
* Contribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED)
* Identify the supplier risks and proposes mitigation actions. Sets short term recovery plans together with the Supply Chain operational teams.
* Coordinate and set up battery procurement
* Manage/contribute to contract execution, being responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance. Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope. Implement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality, delivery aspects. Coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional or Divisional Team (MFT/MDT). Act as focal point to consolidate and coordinate data and KPIs related to the key Suppliers with the SCQMs within its group.

Educational level and Soft skills set required
* University degree
* Both English and Spanish at negotiation level
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behaviour.
* Skills in negotiation with suppliers and / or customers.
* Good Team spirit and business-orientation
* Active listening and leadership skills.
