As a Social Media Specialist, you help fuel the engine behind Red Bull Sweden's digital content strategy. You're an expert in your field - plugged into trends, platform mechanics, and user behavior, and you know what it takes to create content that cuts through.

Based in Stockholm, your mission is to manage and grow our social media channels, activating everything from Red Bull events and sponsored athletes to live broadcasts, films, editorial content, and digital consumer activations. In short: you bring the brand to life where our audience is.

CONTENT CREATION

By proactively developing your own creative content initiatives, while also leveraging both local and global content opportunities, you use your creativity and video editing skills to ensure our channels are filled with engaging, up-to-date, and tailor-made video content that truly represents the brand.

ORGANIC REACH

You create innovative, wow-worthy ideas to activate our athletes and events, and know exactly how to turn them into organic viral moments that people actually care about. And no - we don't do paid ads.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

You proactively strengthen Red Bull's presence through community management - driving engagement, answering questions, and keeping conversations alive with both consumers and social opinion leaders to build deeper interest in the brand.

ANALYSIS & TREND MONITORING

To continuously optimize Red Bull Sweden's communication, you identify, analyze, and adapt content in line with the latest digital trends. You stay ahead by tracking emerging technologies and spotting new opportunities to leverage them. Through
insights from audience data, market research, and analytics tools, you actively shape and evolve our content strategy.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

Excellent film production and video editing skills. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus.
*
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, building brands in social - both from a project management and creative perspective.
*
A strong understanding of how content travels across social platforms, and how to maximize reach, relevance, and engagement.
*
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
*
A genuine personal interest in areas such as extreme sports, gaming, motorsport, or music.
*
Travel 10-20%
