About the job

You define and deliver the next generation of Process Control and Optimization platforms. The work combines technical leadership, business insight, and close collaboration with customers and stakeholders to create scalable, value-driven solutions powered by AI and advanced analytics.

Job responsibilities

* Define and maintain the technical roadmap for the Process Control and Optimization platform

* Lead development of solutions within AI, machine learning, optimization, and advanced process control

* Establish architectural principles to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability

* Translate customer and business needs into innovative technical solutions and roadmaps

* Develop and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and data scientists

* Collaborate across R&D, Automation, Digital, and Product Offering organizations to shape future offerings

Your profile

Your background includes:

* A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Automation, Process Engineering, or a related field

* Experience in industrial automation, process control, analytics, or digital solutions

* Experience leading technical projects, teams, or multidisciplinary initiatives

* Knowledge of AI, machine learning, optimization techniques, or advanced industrial technologies

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Curiosity and forward-thinking drive your way of working. You enjoy solving complex challenges and bring people together around a shared vision. Collaboration comes naturally, and you inspire others while focusing on creating tangible customer value through innovation.
