Position Overview

Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Ralph Lauren is looking for a talented Coordinator to join our Stockholm Head Office team.
In this multifaceted role, you'll be at the heart of our showroom operations, ensuring seamless coordination and supporting our sales and brand presentation efforts. This position offers a diverse range of work duties including customer service, catering, sample handling, administration, as well as general office and ad hoc tasks and events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

POSITION SCOPE:
*Collaborate with the Showroom Manager and wider team on general market preparations and showroom setups.
*Coordinate samples between sales periods to support showroom readiness, including receiving and unpacking deliveries in line with Ralph Lauren procedures.
*Provide general support during customer appointments throughout sales periods and in-house events.
*Coordinate and manage catering arrangements, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services during sales periods.
*Support the preparation of meeting rooms and event spaces.
*Greet customers and take orders in a professional and welcoming manner.
*Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages in accordance with brand standards and customer requests.
*Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs with urgency and professionalism.
*Demonstrate the ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume periods, ensuring the showroom operates to standard and setting a positive example for the team.
*Maintain the appearance of the location by ensuring all selections are fully stocked and all areas are clean and sanitized.
*Operate equipment in accordance with operating instructions to ensure functionality and safety.
*Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organisational standards and sanitation regulations.
*Communicate effectively with the Showroom Manager regarding showroom operations, employee needs, and customer requirements.
*Share customer feedback with managers and contribute recommendations for potential menu enhancements.
*Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and colleagues.
*Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
*Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
*Provide reception cover when needed, including greeting visitors and handling deliveries.
*Assist with ad hoc projects and events across the organisation as required.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Relevant experience within office and hospitality environment with ability to deal with fast paced and changing environments.
* Previous experience in service is an advantage.
* Professional administration & Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint skills are required.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail - Strong organizational skills required.
* Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively maintain & develop productive relationships.
* Take initiative within the given guidelines even during the most stressful periods.
* Work well as part of a team.
* Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
