Interim Logistics Coordinator Nordics

Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator Nordics to join our Nordic Logistics team at Gant's headquarters in Stockholm. In this junior role, you will support logistics operations across e-commerce, own retail stores, and PR activities. You will work closely with PR, Merchandising, Finance, Global Logistics, and external partners, including freight forwarders and our Third-Party Logistics provider.
This is a temporary position for approximately one year, covering a maternity leave.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate orders and share information with the Third-Party Logistics Provider (TPL)
* Manage and monitor inbound and outbound delivery processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
* Collaborate with internal teams to secure punctual and complete deliveries
* Proactively address and resolve logistics-related challenges
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
* Maintain a high level of service when handling logistics inquiries, both externally and internally
* Perform administrative tasks such as invoice handling, stock adjustments, and reconciliations
