About the role

Develop engaging customer growth stories building on our brand growth priorities and category vision with primarily focus on Oral Health Care (Sensodyne, Parodondax, Aquafresh) and our new launch within Multivitamins with Centrum as a brand across both Massmarket & Pharmacy channel.

This is a maternity cover position for one year with start date as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

Execute with excellence

* Develop strong customer growth stories for NPIs and the existing portfolio
* Develop industry leading shopper activations - rooted in insights and focusing on clear shopper messaging
* Excellent in store execution of all promotions and brand themes
* Support the development of shopper self-solutions and own the shopper signage at shelf
* Development of an optimal promotional program for our customers based on the category vision, shopper insights and key account strategy
* Drive ROI thinking behind activation concepts
* External focus: present during sales conferences etc

* Deliver customer and shopper materials on full in time
* Manage suppliers & production of all relevant material
* Manage the material stock and ordering system with the warehouse
* Agency Management
* BTL & Shopper budget management

Developing a future growth agenda

* Support annual brand planning process owning the shopper and customer activation aspects of the plan
* Contribute to future innovation planning
* Constantly improve our ways of working for an industry leading position

Compliance and ensuring a license to operate

* Compliance to (COMPANY NAME) Framework - identifying, managing, and escalating risks, when appropriate
* Participating in Risk Management & Compliance Board, Crisis Management, Quality council and business continuity planning as needed
* Creating a 'speak up' culture
* Ensuring (COMPANY NAME) policies are always followed

Qualifications and skills

Essential

* Min 2 years' experience in a commercial role; brand management experience is a plus
* Commercial Marketing degree or equivalent

* Managing multiple projects in parallel - strong project management
* Strong influencer in a matrix organization
* Commercial acumen with ability to set focus & direction
* Knowledge of local retail environment incl. customer tactics
* Strong shopper and customer understanding
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Strong presentation & influencing skills
* Strong strategic thinker with an appetite for execution & a can do mentality
* KPI/ROI thinking
