We are based in two fantastic offices in Vasastan - Odenplan and Upplandsgatan - and offer a flexible work policy. Overview We are currently looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside project managers to execute impactful campaigns across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and others. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include ongoing social media purchasing, from strategizing and providing recommendations to setting up campaigns, optimizing them, analyzing their performance, and reporting on them. You will also be responsible for the following: Dynamic advertising and social commerce Developing and implementing strategies across social media platforms Designing dynamic campaign strategies for our clients Creating tactical and dynamic campaign recommendations for paid social media Planning, purchasing, optimizing, and continually reporting on social media campaigns, primarily for larger global accounts Managing campaigns using self-service tools for purchasing, optimization, and campaign management Building and maintaining dynamic feeds Analyzing and evaluating campaign results based on predefined goals Performing various administration tasks related to campaigns and customer work Qualifications Skills and qualifications required for this position include: Academic or relevant post-secondary education in marketing Proven experience in paid social media, whether on the agency or client side A customer-focused approach, ensuring that ad campaigns align with the target audience's needs and interests Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and team collaboration A natural curiosity to stay updated on social media trends and industry changes The ability to identify issues with ad campaigns and recommend solutions promptly A collaborative mindset, working effectively with a team, clients, and other marketing professionals Proficiency in the Smartly platform is a plus Additional information In addition to a welcoming culture and inclusive environment with passionate colleagues we offer you: Career Opportunities Local and Global opportunities through the Power Of One.
