Holder of a degree in Engineering or Purchasing, you have proven experience of at least 5 years in a purchasing or procurement department within a multinational company. You handle processes and purchasing performance, preferably in the Perfumes or FMCG industries. A good knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus. Being strongly customer focused with a high product sensitivity, you are committed to meeting the expectations and requirements of your internal clients in terms of quality and time. You are aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace, and you know well the competition. Rigorous and results oriented, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and to propose continuous improvement on the different processes. Thanks to your interpersonal skills and your team spirit, you are seen as a reliable person keen to people and business needs. Your communication and negotiation skills ensure excellent relationships with your team and suppliers. You have an analytical mindset that allows you to deal with ambiguity. Your agility, your entrepreneurial skills and your leadership help you to federate others on your projects. Finally, you are fluent in French and English and have excellent knowledge in reporting (Power BI), supply chain and/ or purchasing KPIs
