Global Merchandising Manager - 6 month CDD maternity leave
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team. The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to optimize sales and enhance the brand's presence. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Supply Chain, VM, IS&T) to ensure alignment with brand objectives while maintaining consistency and excellence in merchandising & assortment standards.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related Min 3-years' experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury goods or watch Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising principles, and inventory Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and with external Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury products and the retail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Power BI Anaplan knowledge a big plus
