Job Description:

* Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
* Development and Implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets
* Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
* Responsibility and support for R+D-projects and in-sourcing activities

Qualifications:

* A Bs/Msc Degree in Chemical, Mechanical engineering or having relevant engineering background.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English,
* Proven track record for experience of working in cleaning and/or coating technology.
* At least 2 years experience in production or a comparable working area
* Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
* Open mindset to work in an intercultural environment as well as the willingness to travel abroad.
* Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
