Job Description:

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
* 1-2 years of experience in Controlling, Budgeting, Reporting or FP&A (experience in Big4 will be considered a strong plus).
* Solid knowledge of TFRS, IFRS, VUK and management reporting practices.
* Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Strong command of MS Office applications (especially Excel); knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
* SMMM certificate (or being at the internship stage) is a plus.
* A strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, eagerness to learn, research capability, discipline, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

* Directly reporting to the Deputy Finance Director.
* Ensuring accuracy of monthly journal entries in line with the Group Accounting Manual.
* Preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with Group standards.
* Leading and coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating closely with Operations and HQ departments.
* Conducting variance analysis between budget and actual results, identifying and explaining root causes.
* Preparing monthly, year-end and ad-hoc financial reports to support management decision-making
