Job Description:

About the opportunity

* Performs final quality checks on BPO-completed non-key update requests based on defined sampling ratios
* Applies control criteria in line with global and local quality standards
* Segregates correct and incorrect requests, classifies error types, and records findings
* Ensures that identified errors are corrected via the Pandora Vendor panel
* Revalidates its own quality performance through double-check mechanisms
* Measures quality rates to support the sustainable improvement of process quality
* Performs quality control of whitelist requests to ensure accurate information is published on the platform
